Orders
Please email us your order providing the following details: product (s), colour, quantity & method of payment. For stock items we accept cash on delivery, or bank transfer in advance. For personalised and commissioned items, we require full payment up front, either by cash or bank transfer.
Email us if you would like to place an order from outside Kuwait, and we will provide prices in your local currency.
Delivery
Within Kuwait:
- Stock items: expected delivery within 1-3 days.
- Made-to-order items: expected delivery within 14-28 days.
- Delivery charge is 2-3KD to all areas of Kuwait. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect the items from us, by prior arrangement.
International:
- Delivery will be made by international courier (at your cost).
- If you are happy to wait a little longer for your products, for selected countries (currently UK and UAE), local delivery charges may apply.
Returns
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you may want to return/exchange some items. Please email us with any requests for returns/exchanges. All returns/exchanges issues should be communicated within 24 hours of item delivery. Please note that the cost of returning/exchanging items is at your expense.
